After a highly success launch in both Cape Town and Johannesburg on 23 and 24 June, respectively, the Cape Town World Cinema Festival, 12 – 20 November and the Sithengi Film & Television Market, 16 – 19 November is back – only this time bigger and better than ever before.

What’s up at Sithengi?
A big thank you to all our members who supported the Sithengi Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 24 June 2004. Following the outcome of the AGM, Sithengi has once again reinforced its status as being the premier site for the trade & development of the film, television and allied industries in South Africa and Africa.

Good News for Filmmakers!
The South African Film Industry is set for a boom, following the introduction of an incentive scheme to foreign and local filmmakers.
