Opening Ceremony: 13 November

The Sithengi Market will be officially opened on the morning of Thursday, 13 November 2003. The opening ceremony will include a keynote address as well as messages from Sithengi's sponsors - The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), The SABC, The Government of the Western Cape, The City of Cape Town and the National Lottery Fund.
