The Cape Town World Cinema Festival takes place from the 12th – 20th November 2004. The festival submission date is the 30 August 2004 and submission is free.

The Cape Town World Cinema Festival is a showcase of “films from the South” with emphasis on African and South African film. It also includes Independent European and American films that fit within the World Cinema category.

The Cape Town World Cinema Festival invites entries in the categories; Feature Films, Documentaries and Short Films. Last year 33 films were screened in the CTWCF of which 18 were international feature films, 11 were Southern African documentaries and 4 were South African short films.
